Sales Policies

REFUNDS/EXCHANGES

All refunds will be issued via the original method of payment. For credit cards, this means directly back onto the credit card used to make the payment. Please allow 10-14 business days for the refund to show up on your credit card activity statement. Note that not all items are refundable and is based on the specific event/item.


PAYMENTS ACCEPTED

  • Through Online System: We accept credit cards (VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) only.
  • In-Person in the Center for Student Involvement (UWY 107): We accept credit cards (same as above), cash and check. Checks should be made payable to "University of Washington Tacoma".

DELIVERY METHODS

Delivery method of tickets and items will vary based on the event. Options include emailed tickets (e-tickets), in-person pick-up, and no ticket needed. All sales will receive an emailed receipt with information regarding specifics for the event.


PRIVACY POLICY

Information you provide to us will only be used by University of Washington. We collect personal information about you when you sign up for an account, in order to better serve you. The University of Washington will never sell or rent your personal information to third parties.
